Who is Gabriela?

Gabriela Rosado is a certified yoga instructor and conscious movement guide from Puerto Rico, The Island of Enchantment. She discovered yoga 5 years ago in search of acquiring flexibility and ended up acquiring much more than that. The way her body is capable of moving today is the result of a long and beautiful journey of breaking with many physical and mental limitations, rediscovering and learning to really love each herself. She is certified in Ashtanga yoga, Rocket yoga and BM Level 2. Her speciality is in teaching others movement patterns that increase strength, mobility and flexibility to move freely and develop creative flows for themselves and their needs. Her philosophies and teachings go hand in hand with nature and the animals that fascinate her so much. Gabriela spends most of her time visiting forests and rivers, practicing pole dancing, exploring new movement practices, and sharing with important beings for her.
