I signed up because I liked the videos. Im finding the extent of content overwhelming.

Question 1: I see that 'downloads' are possible but of what? Search and find exactly the 'workouts' i need then download them for offline use? If so, which videos and how?

  1. I was hoping for a simple guide (explanation) on how to use this app and deciding which videos are best for my current need.

You might think that's lazy, just keep searching but at 60yo and overweight; it's pretty clear that I AM lazy, please help so i havent wasted $180.
