I’m looking for direction on kneeling better please. I’m making progress by doing the hips series but haven’t found anything specific for sitting in the kneeling position. I’m a few inches short of completely resting on my calves. Any video suggestions or thoughts are welcome and thank you.

Is it just a matter of practicing kneeling every minute I can? If so, I’m good with that.

😂 oh my. I was doing it wrong and it still worked lol I was doing the same first video (pistol) of the first stage, 7 days in a row. Then the second video (sissy) of the first stage 7 days in a row. Now was ready to go at the first video/stage one for dragons! I guess it all works as long as you’re trying :-) thanks Brad

Quick question Brad: I’m seeing big gains each week on the hip mobility program and I’m wondering if I should soak it for more than a week before hitting the next video as instructed. I’ve done week one and two for 7 days a piece, and they have both given me so much more ability that I’m a little reluctant to stop and move forward. Thoughts?
