Happy Wednesday BMOVERS!

I am back and ready to teach! So many excited things coming up inside the App including the Official Movepat Library which comes out tomorrow 😍

On top of all of this I cannot wait to tell how excited to have our NEW BMTV Teachers who have been interning for me and through the BM System collectively for over 5 years! They will start by offering livestreams this May along side myself in our Spring/Summer Calendar 📅

I just want to say a big thank you to all those who joined the livestream! Felt amazing to flow with you all and I hope to do it again soon! 

Don't worry if you missed the stream, the recording is now available to watch on BMTV!

Moving forward, I'm planning to continue offering more frequent Livestreams. Is Sunday a good day to continue offering Livestream Classes or are theyre other days that you would prefer? Also What type of Livestream classes would you guys like me to offer?

Hey Raymond! Try the foundations program via Hips + Ankles and Knees. It may not be hip flexion your looking for but rather Ankle Dorsi Flexion/ pointer flexion to ease tension on the knees as you sit back!

I would recommend you do both! Focus on getting more comfortable with your Crow Pose as you progressively move up the days, although I wouldn't move past Day 10 if you are still not comfortable with the Crow. That's fantastic Raymond! I would suggest you move forward slowly if you are noticing improvements. The idea is to slowly move to "discomfort and challenge" to make even more progress. I would suggest you move to week 3 (stage 3) but continue to mix in stage 1 and 2 as you go along. In the later, once stage 3 feels as good as 1/2 move to stage 4. Keep it up Raymond Burton !
